About Font Licencing

All fonts can be used worldwide (except Folha Fonts outside Brasil). All licences have no expiry, no subscription. Therefore, all web licenses are one-time payment. The are differents uses of the fonts:

Desktop License: use of fonts can be for editorial publications, branding, other print & marketing material like packaging and more printed applications. Desktop license count number of users (cpu’s). Uses Opentype (.otf) and Truetype (.ttf) desktop font format.

Web License: One license per Domain. The website license count number of visitors per month (estimate) and uses woff2 webfont format.

Logotype License: Using the fonts for a logotype with or without modifications. Modifications only for logotype are allowed. Generatin a new corporate font with the modifications in logotype is not allowed. Logotype License mesure by number of employees. Uses Opentype (.otf) and Truetype (.ttf) desktop font format.

Movie License: To including the fonts in a movie, video or animation. Number or visualizations.

Please contact with info@tipografies.com if you need a custom license.

Folha Grafico and Folha Texto are exclusive to Folha de São Paulo for use in Brazil. Both fonts can be used regularly outside Brazil.

Test Fonts

To download test fonts is necessary to send you Name and e-mail. Test Fonts are Not allowed for commercial use.

Custom Fonts

All custom fonts shown on this website are exclusively in image format, no typographic format is stored to avoid theft and subsequent fraudulent use. We therefore ensure that they are only images to show the projects commissioned. This images are their own or provided by the clients or design studio that have done the branding with the fonts. We are not authorized to provide any typefaces from the custom fonts gallery. Only catalogue fonts can be licensed.

Font Piracy

We will legally pursue any type of fraudulent use of our fonts, used without a license. Our clients have no responsibility if our fonts are stolen from their web pages where they have been implemented. We do advise you to try to protect your files so as not to facilitate piracy. Please contact us if you suspect that fonts have been stolen from your domains. If we find any of our sources that have not been licensed, we will prosecute them criminally.

Goods & Specimen Purchases

There is the possibility of purchase some Type Specimens by sending an e-mail to info@tipografies.com. If available and after making the agreed payment, we will send by certified mail.

Payment Information

Tipografies.com uses Stripe to process credit card data. Stripe accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

For any international credit card payments on our site you may be charged additional transaction fees by your card issuer. Klim has no control over these fees. We can prepare an invoice for international bank transfer.

We send an invoice with the purchase. Please contact info@tipografies.com if you need to change any data of the invoice we sent.

Tipografies does not get any information of your card details. Stripe protects your confidentiality of all transaction information.

Student Discount

Tipografies.com offers a generous 80% discount to any student who needs to use one of our catalogue fonts. This is valid for any type of academic project. If a student wants the font for a commercial work they should purchase it at the regular price. If a student want to use 100% free, please download the trial fonts or write to info@tipografies.com. We are not authorized to provide any typefaces from the custom fonts gallery.

Refunds

We do not refund the sales on this website. If there are any mistakes in the order, licensing or number of users please contact with info@tipografies.com soon as possible to fix this hipotetichal mistakes.

Third party suppliers/providers

We do not store your credit card data, that is handled securely by Stripe.
We do not use Google Analytic, we use Overtracking.

EULA. End User License Agreement (EULA)

By purchasing or using these fonts you (The User) accept all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Tipografies Foundry hereby grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the fonts conditional on the terms that follow:

Installation

The User is allowed to use one copy of The Font for the number of computers (including portables) for which a licence has been given, as long as all of the computers are located in one business entity. More computers or locations require the purchase of additional licenses. The User is allowed to copies of The Fonts for backup purposes.

Use

The User may not copy, reproduce, transmit, upload (@font-face rule is not allowed), or distribute The Fonts to third parties. The User may not rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, disseminate, give away or lend The Fonts. The User may not re-configure the individual character shapes to make new fonts or typefaces.

Service Bureaus

The User may provide a copy of the Fonts to a service bureau or commercial printer, with the job files for output for one time use related to the project to be output.

Warranties

Tipografies Foundry is not liable to The User for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly in connection with using The Fonts. No warranties are expressed or implied. in this license. If a copy of The Fonts are found to be defective, they will be replaced in a reasonable manner.

Copyright

This font software is copyright protected. This font software and all copies are and remain mental property of the manufacturer.

Limited guarantee, liability

Tipografies Foundry guarantees for the period of 30 days (starting from the date of purchase) that there are no manufacuring faults in the font software provided by Tipografies Foundry. Tipografies Foundry is liable for the forwarding of a faultless product or with the repayment of the purchase price, the right to chose lies with Tipografies Foundry. Tipografies Foundry does not grant further warranties than the liability of an faultless product. This applies to all cases of use, e.g. the font software became unusable. There can not be made a claim for damages, e.g. loss of production, operation or production downtimes, increased consumption of material and other indirect damage, unless such damage was caused by Tipografies Foundry deliberately or negligently.

Generally

Tipografies Foundry reserves all rights to itself, which are not expressly granted by the present Treaty. If parts of this agreement should be ineffective, does that not affect the effectiveness of the remaining parts of this agreement. The present Treaty is subject to Spanish law.
